Any two reasons described. For example:

  • Good communication skills are important to improve the level of customer services (thereby helping to meet their needs and wants) and customer faithfulness.
  • Good communication skills can make business procedure more cost effective with other stakeholders, e.g. investors and suppliers.
  • It can also have motivational effects feel supplementary valued (since they have been communicated or consulted with).
  • Finally, effective communication can help a firm to make superior (more informed) decision making.
