The 8 bit  data  specified  in the  instruction  is directly  subtracted  from the  contents of  accumulator  and results  of operation is  stored  in the accumulator after subtraction. The instruction  format is

SUI 8 bit  data                           (A - A - 8 bit data )

Flags: All flags are modified  according  t the results.
