This report discusses is based on the strategic management of Bread Talk. Bread Talk is, a Singapore based fFood cCompany . It is identified that under strategic management, The company employsuses the strategic location strategy and franchisee strategy in its business model. ItCompany also uses points-of-sales system for managing the sales volume.

It is observed that competition, change in consumer taste, and food related diseases, and high rent and shortage of employees are the environmental factors that are faced by theaffects the company. Additionally, it is identified that unique production, financial performance, effective marketing, well trained management staff, new technology and effective process forms the strategic capabilities of the organisation. It is observed that by using corporate controlling, compulsory laws and regulations under corporate governance, the company fulfils stakeholder's expectations regarding growth, satisfaction , quality products, and harmonicy in relations, high returns and timely information from the company. Mission, vision, values and culture of Bread Talk are in line with their strategic purpose. Internal factors that influence the business strategy are From internal and external analysis, it is identified that its operations, product quality and variety and experienced management. are internal factors and Eeconomic factors, competition and changing demands of customers form theare external factors. that might influence the business of Bread Talk. From the SWOT analysis, BT'sit is identified that unique concept and branding, wide product range and experienced management are its strengths. However, Pprice and lack of innovation are its weakness of Bread Talk. However the dDemand of BT's products and possible expansion to otherother markets are opportunities . Changing customer preferences and competition are threats for Bread Talk . This report includes a SWOT analysis to aid in providing the future potential for BT.
