Static  scherbius  Drive

By using  this scheme, below and above  synchronous speed can be obtained for an induction motor. There are  two possible  configurations to obtain  scherbius  drive  systems.

a.DC link  scherbius  drive.

b.Cycloconverter scherbius drive
