Scoring for the Halsted Reitan varies with the particular test, such that individual scores may be expressed in time to completion, errors, number correct, or some form of derived score. These scores are often converted to standard scores or ratings so that they may be profiled. All of the tests contributing to the impairment index on a 6-point scale, the data being displayed as a profile of the ratings.
