State the Foot examination of a diabetic patient

Foot examination of a diabetic patient is very crucial in early detection and proper treatment of foot problems.  In every follow-up visit the foot must be checked properly and findings should be recorded. You have to detect foot at risk that is foot without active infection and ulceration but carrying the risk of developing them in future. Such feet should be followed up periodically and with proper advices and care prevented from developing ulceration.
