Q. Show Construction Subcontractor Responsibilities?

The Supplier or Construction Subcontractor is responsible for:

• Employing qualified PMI technicians

• Performing PMI testing to approved procedures

• Performing PMI tests and or additional support, if needed to ensure correct materials are used.

• Ensuring all alloy materials used for fabrication (supplier) or construction (subcontractor) are properly identified after PMI testing and have the proper supporting PMI documentation.

• Ensuring timely replacement of any identified suspect material.
