Saturated Fatty Acids (SFA): These are found mostly in animal fats as white marble-like solid at room temperature. Red meats are rich in it. Others sources of saturated fats are milk fat, butler, ghee, coconut oil, palm oil, margarine and hydrogenated fats (vanaspati).
