Sand Blasting:

Historically sand blasting was operated with only using sand only as abrasive media. Today the advance of technologies had brought manufacturer more variety in choosing more proper abrasive toward their production requirement. Glass beads blasting abrasive is one of the lightest abrasive in the market whereby it is also capable to perform heavy duty job or high precision job.

Sand blasting are commonly consists of three important equipments. They are compressed air, blazer nozzle and sand blasting abrasive. Sand blasting is a manufacturing process which does not apply additional material permanently onto the work pieces. Blasting material is propelled against the surface of the work pieces being processed. It is also granular substances which are propelled against the work pieces at high velocity in order to process its surfaces. Sand blasting may act as a cleaning device where it can burst off any unwanted stain/burrs that clinging onto material surface.

Bead blasting is usually chosen to be use as a cleaning device. Bead blasting is using a very fine glass beads as common abrasive. By applying high pressure along this material are able to remove the surface unwanted deposits without leaving any damages. Glass beads or bead blasting commonly leave a satin or a matte finishing.
