Q. Safety from Corrosive Chemicals?

Safety showers and eyewash stations shall be provided in areas where corrosive chemicals are stored and handled. They should be located so that they are directly accessible and no more than 15 m (50 ft.) from the tank/equipment. Closer spacing should be considered for highly corrosive chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid (HF).
