Rights of Guarantor Against Creditor

Consequently the rights of the guarantor are: like

(a) Further at any time after that the guaranteed debt such has become due and such previous he has been asked here to pay it, to utilization the creditor to sue for so and, then like collect the guaranteed hence debt.

(b) Conversely on being sued through the creditor, such to rely on any set-off or counterclaim that the debtor possesses alongside the creditor there.

(c) Therefore on payment of what is due below the guarantee, such to be subrogated to all the rights of the creditor such in respect of the debt to that the guarantee relates.

(d) Moreover on payment of what is due below such the guarantee, such to have assigned to him each all judgement or security held through the creditor in respect of that debt.

(e) Although on payment of what is due below such the guarantee, such to all equities that the creditor could have enforced not merely claiming during him.
