Rights of Guarantor Against CreditorConsequently the rights of the guarantor are: like(a) Further at any time after that the guaranteed debt such has become due and such previous he has been asked here to pay it, to utilization the creditor to sue for so and, then like collect the guaranteed hence debt.(b) Conversely on being sued through the creditor, such to rely on any set-off or counterclaim that the debtor possesses alongside the creditor there.
