Representations Regarding Character or Credit

Since statements relating to a person's credit-worthiness will only be actionable whether made in pursuance of a contract that was in writing.  Conversely the Law of Contract Act by S.3 (2) states as follows as:

Hopefully "No suit shall be brought where through to charge any person upon or through reason of any representation or assurance through or given concerning or relating for the character and conduct such credit or ability or dealings of any other person for the intent or purpose such other may obtain credit and money or goods but unless such representation or assurance is completed in writing, signed through the party to be charged there with".
