Answer One of methods to manage settlement of nearby buildings Because of excavation work is by recharging. Water composed in wells in deep excavation is place back to top of excavation in order to raise drawn-down water table. Location of recharge has to be properly selected to ensure soil is adequately permeable to transfer pumped water back near pretentious building.
