Registration-cum-Membership Certificate: Any person, applying for a licence to import or export or for any other benefit or concession under this policy shall be required to finish Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC). RCMC may be obtained from any one of the Export promotion Councils/Commodity Boards Special Agencies relating to his main line of business.
