Whether in section 46(3) of the constitution states that like, upon a Bill that has been passed through the National Assembly being presented to the President for assent then shall thereupon be published and it shall become law in the England Gazette as a law'. However the wording of this section does not appear to prescribe the President's assent as a situation precedent to the enactment of a Bill, even though in practice the assent is so regarded.
