b. Based on this information, and the fact additional capacity incurs substantial additional cost, what would you recommend as the requirement for the power generating capability that should be ADDED to the current generation capabilities of power plant A in order to meet the system's peak power requirements 90% of the time? Explain the rationale for your answer.
