Your employer wishes you to become an effective and confident self-directed employee. With this in mind they have set you some tasks. 11-Autonomy and independence has been demonstrated.12-Answers have been arrived at through additional personal research.13-Effective thinking has taken place around personal & professional development issues
14-Innovative and creative personal & professional development ideas have been generated.
