Two partners in an upholstery business are interested in decreasing the number of complaints from customers who have had furniture reupholstered by their staff. For the past six months, they have been keeping detailed records of the complaints and what had to be done to correct the situations. To help their analysis of which problems to attack first, they decided to create several Pareto charts.
