Organizational Culture
A common perception held by the industries members is a system of shared meaning. For most people, organizational culture is something they cannot describe but they know it when they see it. It can perhaps be best understood as per the set of informal norms, relationships, rules and that determine what acceptable and unacceptable behavior within the company is. Organizational culture can often have a more powerful influence on performance than the formal structures and systems.
