Project Description:

We need a squid proxy setup with the modification that will transcode FLV to h.264 in real-time, providing iPad users with a full browsing experience.

1) Client on iPad browses to a site with a flash video embedded. As squid is serving the page to the user, it finds all FLV files and instantly converts to mp4

2) Returns converted portion as http response, iPhone can instantly start playing it, before entire flv is downloaded and converted.

Skills required are Linux, C Programming
