Project Description:

I am seeking someone to create me a Basic IDE that is able to install custom created plug-ins using Java.

What I need you to prepare:

Basic IDE made in Java that will open close and save. HTML, CSS, JavaScript Files, PHP.

Prepare a Wordpress Plug-in based upon the Wordpress Codex.

Skills required are CSS, HTML, Java, HTML5, PHP
