Law of Agency - Lawful Rules
Though the law of agency prescribes the lawful rules to ascertaining as:
(a) How a person possibly will become an agent; and one is
(b) The duties and rights between the principal and the agent;
(c) The relations between the third party and the agent; so then one is
(d) The method in whether the relationship between the agent and the principal may be brought to an end also.
