Importance  of nutritional interaction:-

Now  being  realized.  Some  nutrients  are antagonistic to each other whereas others act synergistically. Examples of uniquely related nutrients include folate and vitamin BI2,  vitamin E and polyunsaturated Eatty -  acids, vitamin D and calcium, zinc and copper etc. Biochemical research has revealed that  certain drugs such as ~miprazole,  lovastatin,  allupurinol, thiouracil and others influence nutrient metabolism.
