I want to have an intranet website.

For now it should only have the subsequent functions:

- Configuration file where i can edit mysql data

- Website Login

- menu point configuration:

- Easy web based editing configuration file

- Possibility to configure user / user login with active directory

- or using mysql to add and manage user / user login

- other variable we will need for running the system like Smtp login and smtp server for sending E-Mails

- menue point for user rights and user configuration

- creating new user

- edit user

- delete user

- set user rights

- password recovery funktion

Function to check user rights

Setting rights should be for whole pages and for different function.

I WANT:

- clear and structured programming using classes and subclasses

- easy understanding of the code: use comments

- Later i want to be able to use the code by myself and insert it into own intrusive.

- separate design, css and code like php, java and so on. Clear File structure where i can find easy what i need to find
