We need Modifications to existing as well as customized squarespace site

I have a squarespace site

It has been made as well as customized by an agency however I need a some adjustment:

>>The icons have to be aligned with the text

(a) At the bottom of the front page

(b) At the top of this page

(d) At the middle of the page (under the model)

>> The pictures have to be vertically aligned:

(a) At this page

>> The left icons at the frontpage are bad quality

(z) The left icon file on this page (y) must be replaced with the left icon file from this page
Find screen shots for (1,2,3,4,a,z,y) attached

Likewise I need to be able to modify the content on the site afterwards without the icons or the pictures jumping around.

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, CSS, PHP, Squarespace
