I want an experienced HTML/CSS developer to develop HTML/CSS from PSD designs for a Joomla based site for a mobile focused company.

HTML/CSS ahould be adaptive or responsive with a focus on clean/quality HTML/CSS.

Looking for somebody who can build a long term relationship with as we frequently have need of HTML/CSS skills.
