Small five page website in wordpress (PSD I will supply of each page)

I want to develop a small website in wordpress with required these tasks. I will source all pages design in PSD format to right contractor with fonts.

Requirements for website Development-

a) Responsive (it should be compatible with all mobile devices andriod,iphone and ipads.

b) Multi-browser compatible (MAC & PC)

c) Website should be developed in Wordpress

d) CMS- We want well accurate document for admin section how to edit and all changes the contents of website pages. You want to make this document and also guide me how to operate all.

e) Make sure when developing the site pages all fonts' sizes and text contents and pictures should be placed with same alignment as well as places like original design PSD showing. So you must be work very accurately according to original design pages.

f) After completion the website want to upload on server and make live.

Desired Skills are CSS, HTML, PHP and WordPress
