Q. How to Convert Decimals to Percentages?

Remember that when you have a decimal number, the digits to the right of the decimal point have the following meaning:

This makes the conversion from a decimal number to a percentage somewhat easy. The first two digits to the right of the decimal point are in the 100th's position, so to convert a decimal number to a percent, just move the decimal point two positions to the right.
