How should handled a good grievances?
A good grievances handling must:
a. It must be simple, easy to know and to operate
b. It must settle grievances at lower level
c. It should systematically operate the grievances and promptly rectify the situation complained of depending on the nature of grievance, consider it to suitable authority
d. It should ask the employee to provide the complaint into writing
e. permit the workers to appeal in opposition to the decision taken at lower level and
f. Grievance procedure must be made realising the significance of industrial harmony and excellent labour relations.
