External pressures:

(a) Change into Equipments and Technology:

Advancements into technology is the main cause (that is External pressure) of change. Every technological alternative results within new forms of organization to convene and match the requirements

(b) Market situation:

Changes into market circumstances include quickly changing goals, requirements and wishes of consumers, unions and suppliers.

(c) Social and political changes:

Organisational units factually have no control over social and political changes within the country. Between government and business or drive relations for social equality are several factors that may compel for organizational change.
