High Frequency Induction Heaters or Magnetic Fields : If this type of equipment is in use, large currents may be induced in any nearby metallic object or circuit, which will in turn lead to burns, damage of equipment, etc. You should consider the following as examples of only some of the articles which could cause an accident in your lab.

i) Metal Rings, bracelets, watch straps, necklaces, etc

ii) Metal plates/pins in bones

iii) Heart pacemakers

iv) Hearing aids
