High Court - Establishment and Composition
Establishment
Further the High Court is established through S.60 (1) of the Constitution that states which 'there shall be a High Court that shall be a superior court of record'.
Composition
Therefore Section 60(2) of the Constitution provides that judges of the High Court shall be the Chief Justice and such digit, not being less than thirty-two, of other judges as may be prescribed by Parliament also. However under S.61 of the Constitution here the Chief Justice is to be appointed through the President whereas the other judges as knowing as "puisne judges" are appointed through the President acting in accordance into the advice of the Judicial Service Commission.
