Q. Explain working of Digital Versatile Disk?

With the capacious digital versatile disk (DVD) electronics industry has ultimately found an acceptable replacement for videotape used in video cassette recorders (VCRs) and more importantly replace CD-ROM in personal computers and servers. DVD has taken video in the digital age. It delivers movies with impressive picture quality and it can be randomly accessed same like audio CDS that DVD machines can also play. Vast volumes of data can be stored onto the disk several times as much as a CD-ROM. With DVD's vast storage capacity plus vivid quality, PC games will become more realistic and educational software will incorporate more video.
