Explain the Conditions for Ventricular Fibrillation

Ventricular fibrillation may be seen in the following two conditions:

1) When a person is electrocuted, and

2)  As a consequence of heart attack, myocardial infarction.

There are certain abnormalities caused due to changes in serum electrolyte that influence ECG.
