Ans: Study the circuit and find out the circuit breaker to be opened. Open and lock the circuit breaker and take the key in personnel custody. Disconnect neutral link if available. Hang "Man at Work" notice board on the circuit breaker. Test for supply after making sure that, the testing device itself is OK at the line or equipment . Start the work.
