Explain Practical Digital to Analog Converters?

In several DSP applications, we must reconstruct an analog signal after the digital processing stage. This is completed using a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that is considerably less expensive as compared to the ADC.

Depending upon their design and resolution, DACs generally have a settling time of among 100 ns to 1.2µs.
