Explain Post-lyme disease syndrome
Some treated patients whose objective manifestations of Lyme disease have resolved with antibiotic treatment report subjective symptoms such as fatigue, musculoskeletal pain or cognitive difficulties of varying intensity that may persist over prolonged periods.
