Viscosity in fluids is the analog of friction in solids. Both are methods by which the kinetic energy of moving bodies can be changed into thermal power. In the absence of friction force, a part of block could slide at constant speed with a horizontal surface in the same way; an object going by a no viscous fluid would experience no viscous drag friction. Lord Rayleigh has noticed out that, in a perfect fluid, a ship's propeller would not work but, on the other hand, a ship could not need a propeller.
Textile industry: High speed drives are essential with wide range of control, small & medium motors are employed. Commutator motors and synchronous motors are used.
It is known that the pressure developed by a centrifugal pump, Δp, is a function of the diameter D of the impeller, the speed of rotation n, the discharge Q, and the fluid density
Que: In the circumstances of charge distributed on a line segment what do we mean by the expression linear charge density λ(x)? Note that λ(x) is to be study lambda of x mea

For a blackbody, the frequency at which maximum energy is emitted is 3 x 10 13 Hz: A. Give a wavenumber for the wavelength of the infrared emission? B. What is the tempera
Two slits in young''s double slit experiment are illuminated by two different sodium lamps emitting light of same wavelength . Do you observe any interference pattern on the screen
YES GRAVITY CAN BAND LIGHT e.g. GRAVITY OF BACK HOLE IS VERY STRONG
Explanation construction and working of Nicol prism?
In a young's double slit experiment a point on the screen is similar distance from both the slits if any one of the slit is closed the intensity at P due to the other slit is 0.02
