Explain levels of Management by Management Skills.
Management Skills needed successful manager, be categorized as given below:
Technical skill refers to the proficiency in handling methods, processes and techniques of a particular type of industrial/business operation. This is essential for a manager to know that technical skill must be employed in a particular work. Technical skill is necessary for lower level management.
Conceptual skill: It is the capability to see the organization as an entire, to recognize inter-relationships between different functions of the business and external forces, and to show effectively the organizational efforts. This is critical in top executive positions. This is easier to learn technical skill than the conceptual skill. These skills are decision-making skills (capability of the person to take timely and correct decisions) and organizational skills (like they help fix various people at various jobs).
Human Relations skill: It refers to the capability to work effectively with others and build cooperative work groups to get organizational goals. Communicating skills (capability to pass on information to others efficiently) and motivating skills (inspiring people to do what you need them to do), these are the two Human Relations skills.
