Explain Law making treaties
Law making treaties are those treaties which come into existence because of lack of customary laws related to a particular issue and in order to make people aware of certain provisions treaties are formulated. For example, there were no customary laws on nuclear tests; therefore, a Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) was formulated, which prohibits nuclear testing. Similarly, World Trade Organization (WTO) can be classified as an example of a law making treaty.
