However this is a legal entity formed through at least two people and whose membership at any one time legally concludes of at least two people. Like a condition are private  and public companies registered below the Companies Act, then and co-operative societies registered below the co-operative societies Act 1966 (cap.490).  So whether it has a legal personality with perpetual succession, own property, capacity to contract and sue or be sued.

Conversely the company acquires legal personality from the date of its registration through the registrar of companies.Thus the Companies Act, S. 16 (2) provides like "from the date of incorporation ... the subscribers to the memorandum ... shall be a body corporate through the name contained into the memorandum". Whereas in S.28 of the Co-operative Societies Act provides as "a society, should be a body corporate or communal, on registration ".
