Explain Hard or Fixed Automation

Mechanical controls consist of numbers of mechanism that create the required relative motion to complete an activity. These mechanisms include: cams, levers, ways and slides, push rods, screw system. Mechanical control is difficult to fabricate and reprogram and is subject to wear. Hydraulic control is also used for fixed automation, because reprogramming is not feasible.
