Explain grievances handling.
Grievances Handling: Individual workers generally have some complaints termed as grievances against the working rules of the business enterprise, for example: wages, bonus, working conditions and behaviour of supervisor.
A Grievance may be described as any feeling of dissatisfaction or discontent, whether expressed or not and where valid or not, arising out of anything related with the company that an employee thinks, feels or even believes is unfair, inequitable or unjust.
