Steps-

1. Prepare a strong foundation for the value study.

In radial drilling machine hole can not be produce in any angle. 

Due to this we are facing so many problems which are as follows:

01)  For the extension angle hole cannot be produce in radial drill machine.

02)   It is consume more time for angle drill.

03)   Time is going to be wasted.

04)   Extra labour work is required.

05)  Less flexibility in operation.

06)   It will be increase the operational cost.

07)  Material handling can be difficult.
