Explain Endonucleases

Endonucleases  are  nucleases present  in  the pancreatic juice like RNAase  andDNAase. These hydrolyze internal phosphodiester bonds which are located morecentrally in  the nucleic acid. Phosphatases present  in  the intestinal juice  removephosphate from hexophosphates,  glycerophosphates and nucleotides derived from  the  food. Further,  the nucleotidases  and  nucleosidases  present  in  the intestinal juice hydrolyze it.
