Q. Explain Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract?

The diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Have you ever suffered from abnormal symptoms of the gastrointestinal tract? The symptoms could be as simple as nausea, anorexia, weakness to more severe ones like abdominal pain, abdominal gas and flatulence, delayed gastric complying, diarrhoea or very severe ones such as the dumping syndrome, malabsorption syndromes arid many other. In order to prevent the development these disorders, the gut must remain healthy so that the GI tract functions can be carried out normally or else the site and the extent of the disease process can affect the nutrient absorption and cause malnutrition.
