Cost/benefit analyse:

Cost/benefit analysis is the procedure of knowing, and as far as probable quantifying, the costs of responsibility a project and contrasting such along with the advantages expected to flow from this. Senior managers should be convinced which the benefits outweigh the costs for a project to be approved.
