What kinds of management skills dose this manager have? 2. Do you think tasks roles and skills of your supervisor are appropriate for the particular job he or she performs? Will your subordinates work alone and report to you or work in teams? 6. Which management approach (for example, theory x or y) do you propose to use run your organization?
