Explain about the Magnesium - macro minerals?
Magnesium (Mg) ranks fourth in overall abundance in body among the cations. It is also the least abundant among macro minerals, the total amount in the body being 25 g. Like Ca and P, this mineral is also present in the bones but unlike them which constitute 99% and 85% of the bones, respectively only 55-60% of total magnesium is located in the skeleton.
