Implementation phase:

The project takes shape throughout the implementation phase. It includes the construction of the real project outcome. Programmers are engaged along with encoding, contractors are building, designers are included into developing graphic material and the definite reorganisation takes place. The implementation phase is the about ‘doing’ phase, and this is significant to keep the momentum.
